Our first meeting is on ME and I'll buy YOU a coffee! We'll talk about your goals, previous experiences, your expectaions, my training style, and even if I'm the right trainer for you. And that's it! The rest is up to you, and since I'm not a fan of pressure sales, you won't get a "follow up" phone call or email from me!

About Me
- Tony Rojas, NASM-CPT
- I grew up on Minnesota's North Shore playing as many sports as I could and graduating in 2000. In 2005 I graduated from Northwestern College, St. Paul with a degree in kinesiology with an emphasis in athletic training. Since graduating I've spent a lot of time coaching volleyball, basketball, track and field, and football focusing primarily on strength and conditioning. In my free time I LOVE spending time with my wife. I also enjoy photography and volunteering with my church.
